On-line Auction Information:

Online Auctions are webcast LIVE from our building in Knob Noster, MO.

Auction Items: Everything is sold as-is. We try to disclose any faults found on the product sold. The buyer is responsible for verifying validity, condition, and/or quality of merchandise prior to the auction. Sale Day Auctions does not guarantee any items regardless of expression of condition made by any person during the live auction. Buyer beware.

Fees: There is a 10% Buyer's premium on any item sold online, not to exceed $50 per auction. An additional 3% is charged for any credit card transaction.

Register: In order to bid on items, you must pre-register with us by phone. 660-530-8126. You must register before 3pm Saturday. We reserve the right to deny online access to any patron for any reason.

How To Participate: Each week, Sale Day Auctions will post a link to our live meeting platform. When signing in, please use the number you were given at the time of your registration as your First or Last name.

Payment: Cash, check, or credit card payment must be made on the day of the scheduled pick-up before loading-out. Certain items will not be allowed to leave the property until funds have cleared the Sale Day Auctions bank account. Credit cards will be charged the purchase price plus applicable fees for any unpaid invoices not paid in full on the scheduled day of pick-up. Non-Payment and/or insufficient funds will result in blocked bidding privileges for all future auctions and a $25 fee assessed for NSF fees

Pick-up Terms: All items must be picked up at Sale Day Auctions by the Friday following the auction. Fees are added for items not picked up within the stated time. If you have special needs or physical disabilities, please contact us prior to bidding to plan for any accommodations needed

Auction Preview: Sale Day Auctions offers a "preview" of items on the auction block every Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are also open for "preview" every Saturday at 9am.
Terms and Conditions: It is the buyers responsibility to read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of each auction prior to bidding. Agreeing to the terms is a legal binding contract. By logging in to the live webcast, buyers are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Sale Day Auctions regarding online bidding

Shipping/Handling: Shipping and handling is available for certain items that are accepted by USPS and/or UPS. Buyers requesting shipping should contact Sale Day Auctions prior to bidding. Shipping costs are based on USPS & UPS shipping rates.

If you need a LARGE item or something shipped that is not accepted through UPS or USPS, you will need to make arrangements with a freight company of your choice. Contact our office by no later than the Tuesday following the auction to coordinate pick up days.
